Quality

Employees, caregivers, users, families and partners of WMRC are all responsible for ensuring that our centre continuously improves its services.

In the last few years, guided by staff and user surveys, we have learned our strengths and our areas in need of improvement as an organization. The WMRC Board of Directors has identified continuous quality improvement and the implementation of performance measurement tools as strategic objectives. Data must be collected and analysed in order to ensure that desired outcomes are reached within the defined timeframes.
